RELAXING MASSAGE

This is the most common type of massage. I use smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements on top of the muscles. If you’re new to massage or just need to de-stress and relax then this massage is probably the one for you.

ENERGISING MASSAGE

The ideal treatment if you’re feeling fatigued, mentally sluggish, suffering from jet lag, or just need an extra spring in your step. It’s an invigorating massage where the movements encourage circulation, tone muscles and refresh your body.

SPORTS MASSAGE

You don’t need to be a professional athlete but this massage is specifically designed for physically active people. If you’re an active person or enjoy hitting the gym then this massage is exactly what you need. I focus on preventing and treating injury and enhancing performance by really loosening muscles and reducing recovery time between workouts.

This massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using slower strokes, friction techniques and deeper pressure across the grain of the muscle. This type of massage really benefits chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain and people recovering from injury.
